Joel AlterJoel Alter retired in 2022 after conducting nonpartisan research, program evaluations, and investigations for the Minnesota Legislature for 39 years, and this allowed some time for him to prepare his first crop art entry to the Minnesota State Fair. His wife Peggy is a former state fair sweepstakes winner in knitting, and his daughter Mary has won prizes for her baked goods. |
